I didn’t have any issues at all. The brand seems solid, the order felt safe the whole time, and everything showed up just fIne. Would trust them again.

This feels safe overall, but when it gets wet, it starts slipping a bit. It’s not terrible or anything, just one of those things you notice after using it.

It looks really nice, but am I the only one who finds it kind of hard to carry around? It’s not a dealbreaker, just heavier than I expected.

I found what I was looking for without much trouble, which was great. Most things seemed to be in stock, though a few of the colors I wanted weren’t available, which was kind of annoying. Still, not a bad experience overall

We bought two of these chairs for our tanning ledge, they’ve been great so far. Once they’re filled, they stay in place in the water, and they’re comfortable enough to hang out in for a while without feeling weird or stiff. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that they were a little annoying to move around at first, and it took some trial and error to get them positioned right. Why is pool furniture always a little tricky at the start?? But once they’re set up, they work exactly how we hoped. We’ve been using them almost every weekend and are happy with them overall.

The back feels good and it’s easy to sit in for a while. I wasn’t sure at first, but after using it a bit, it’s just comfortable and kind of… yeah, it works.

I’ve had mine out by the pool for a while now, and honestly... cleaning it has been super easy!! I usually just rinse it off and give it a quick wipe-down whenever it needs it. It hasn’t gotten gross or stained easily at all, which I really, really appreciate!!!

We ordered extra pillows and cup holders for our older Ledge Lounger chairs, and everything ended up fitting just fine. No real hassle once we figured it out, but I was definitely expecting the instructions to be a little clearer. Overall, happy with the accessories.

To be fair, the chairs do look really nice and the site was easy enough to use. I was just a little disappointed with the color options. I was hoping to mix a few shades or customize some of the details, but there wasn’t much flexibility there. For the price, I expected a bit more choice.

Putting it together wasn’t really difficult, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The instructions were mostly clear, and at the same time I found myself stopping a bunch to figure things out. Overall, setup was fine, just kind of slow and a little annoying even though it wasn’t that bad.

I really like how clean and simple it looks—fits my patio nicely, it just feels like it belongs there!

We’ve left ours sitting out in full sun, and I was expecting it to be too hot to use. But I can still sit down comfortably without doing that awkward hot chair dance, which definitely gives me confidence in it

I have to give credit where it’s due—these held up really well by the pool, even when the wind picked up strong. I expected at least a little sliding or tipping, but they stayed right in place. Happy with them overall.
